After a police incident took place in Lakeview Heights on Tuesday night, West 琉璃神社 RCMP were able to arrest an individual in relation to the matter on Wednesday.
On the morning of May 28, officers spotted and attempted to arrest the individual, however, they fled on foot into the Kalamoir Park area.
The RCMP's Police Dog Services team along with the Southeast District ERT team were deployed to the scene.
In quick succession, the suspect was located and arrested without incident. They remain in police custody.
An investigation is ongoing.
