Highway 97 north of Clinton has one lane open in each direction on Wednesday morning, July 23.
According to DriveBC, delays are still expected in the area.
Around 10 p.m. on Tuesday night, a vehicle fire closed Highway 97 at Big Bar Road in both directions. It's unknown at this time how many vehicles were involved or if anyone was injured.

A transport truck engulfed in flames had traffic stopped on Highway 97 just north of Clinton around 10 p.m. on July 22.
Vehicles were backed up as RCMP kept everyone back from the burning vehicle.
It was uncertain whether any other vehicles were involved in the fire and no further details were available as of 10:25 p.m.
A detour via Jesmond Road was being provided as an option as of 10:30 p.m.
