It's a fall fundraiser, but the application to receive funds ends this week.

Fill up your gas tank on Fuel Good Day – Tuesday, Sept. 16 – at Armstrong Regional Co-op gas bars in Vernon, Armstrong, Salmon Arm, and Cranbook, and 10 cents from every litre of fuel sold will be donated to local registered non-profits and charities.

Each community with an Armstrong Regional Co-op gas bar will select and support one local non-profit or charity.

Here's where the timing comes in.

Registered non-profits and charities that are located within the local trading area of the Armstrong Regional Co-op are invited to apply to be a recipient of funding from Fuel Good Day 2025.

Apply online at . The application deadline is this Sunday, May 25.

"Throughout Fuel Good Day, each of our selected non-profits and charities are encouraged to be on site to hand out information packages and answer questions about their organization," said Jason Keis with Armstrong Regional Co-op.

There will also be draws and giveaways.

Fuel Good Day locations on Sept. 16 include:

• 3100 Highway 1, Salmon Arm;

• 50 Trans-Canada Highway SW, Salmon Arm
