Papa John鈥檚 Dreams for Kids Day, which was held April 25, is in its fourth year. The pizza-selling fundraiser directs a day鈥檚 worth of sales and worker鈥檚 wages to the Sunshine Foundation, a non-profit that provides support to children with severe illnesses and disabilities.
