Learn about the history of the Central Okanagan next week by celebrating Heritage Week.

Held on the first week of February, this nationally celebrated week is generally comprised of multiple events.

This year鈥檚 theme is 鈥淭he Tie that Binds.鈥

鈥淗eritage reaches back in time to tell stories of our near and distant pasts, to describe our present and to foretell our future,鈥 according to .

Our Lives Through Our Eyes: Nk鈥橫ip Children鈥檚 Art is an ongoing toured event held at the Okanagan Heritage Museum from Jan. 19 to April 14, on Saturdays. It is presented jointly by the museum and 琉璃神社 Art Gallery.
