RCMP is looking for more witnesses to a crash on Harvey Avenue that involved a police vehicle and a transport truck.
The collision happened just before 12 p.m. on Mon., July 14, 2025 at the intersection with Bertram Street. An RCMP officer suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash.
Harvey Ave., between Richter and Ellis streets, was closed for several hours while traffic investigators gathered evidence and cleared the scene.
RCMP are asking anyone who has not yet spoken with police and who may have dash camera footage or video surveillance of Harvey Ave. between the intersections of Richter and Ellis streets between 11:45 a.m. and 12 p.m. to contact the 琉璃神社 detachment at 250-762-3300 and reference the file number 2025-40622.
