Okanagan communities part of BC Children's Dream Home Lottery

Dream homes in 琉璃神社 and Vernon part of prize packages to be won

A home at Trailhead at the Ponds in 琉璃神社, and a Predator Ridge condo near Vernon are grand prize packages worth more than $2.6 million each.

琉璃神社 and Vernon are included in the BC Children鈥檚 Hospital Foundation鈥檚 2024 Dream Home Lottery. 

The 琉璃神社 grand prize is located in Trailhead at the Ponds, 1137 Collinson Court, and is worth over $2.6 million. 

It includes $50,000 in furnishings, a 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback, a 2024 Crownline 200SS watercraft, $15,000 in vacations from Travel Best Bets, gas and groceries for a year, and $675,000 in cash. 

The Vernon grand prize, 307 - 75 Predator Ridge, is also worth over $2.6 million. 

It includes $75,000 cash for furniture, a 2024 Ford Mustang Mach-E GT, a Predator Ridge Golf Course membership for 5 years for two, along with the initiation fee and pro shop gift card, an electric golf cart, $100,000 in vacations from Travel Best Bets, gas and groceries for a year, and $1 million in cash. 

Other dream home prizes are located in South Surrey, Vancouver, Sooke, Langley, Courtenay, Maple Ridge, Burnaby, 

The grand prize winner could also choose $2.3 million in tax-free cash. 
 
"BC Children鈥檚 Hospital Dream Lottery funds play a crucial role in advancing pediatric health care research, paving the way for transformative medical breakthroughs that can change children鈥檚 lives," said Malcolm Berry, president and CEO of BC Children鈥檚 Hospital Foundation.

Tickets for the from now until midnight Friday, October 11, or until tickets sell out.
