Direct flights between 琉璃神社 International Airport (YLW) and Comox Airport (YQQ) start Jun. 25.
The service will be operated by Pacific Coastal Airlines (PCA) from Sunday to Friday.
鈥淭he announcement of this new direct flight to Comox means yet another link for 琉璃神社 to Vancouver Island, which further enhances regional connectivity and provides more opportunities for economic growth. It also aligns with YLW鈥檚 commitment to providing more efficient and seamless travel options to our residents and visitors,鈥� said Mayor Tom Dyas.
The flight schedule is outlined below:
- Flight Number - 8P1962 - Route - 琉璃神社 to Comox - Departure - 8:45 a.m. Arrival - 9:55 a.m.;
- Flight Number - 8P1963 - Route - Comox to 琉璃神社 - Departure - 10:20 a.m. - Arrival - 11:30 a.m.

Pacific Coastal Airlines now offers three direct routes to Vancouver Island from 琉璃神社, including Victoria and Nanaimo.
