For over an hour, an apartment complex on Leon Avenue was under lockdown, while 琉璃神社 RCMP apprehended a wanted individual.
The incident occurred just past 6 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 31.
"I was told to stay in my apartment," according to resident Tamiko Keating, who was home when the incident occurred. "No one can enter or exit the building, as the cops were blocking the street."
According to Keating, an individual who was wanted from the 12th floor was apprehended just after 6 p.m.
