American shock rockers GWAR are coming to Penticton as part of their upcoming continent-wide tour.
The Return of Gor Gor Tour is roaring into the Penticton Trade and Convention Centre on Oct. 30.
Joining the band on its tour are Helmet, The Dwarves, and Blood Vulture. The show will celebrate GWAR's 40th anniversary.
Tickets for the GWAR's show in Penticton go on sale July 27, starting at 10 a.m.
The band, formed in Virginia in 1984, has released 15 studio albums that incorporate elements of thrash metal and shock rock.
People can purchase tickets for GWAR's Penticton show on or at the South Okanagan Events Centre box office.
Penticton, Vancouver, Calgary, and Edmonton are the only Canadian dates scheduled on the Return of Gor Gor Tour.
