The Rotary Centre for the Arts and ClassicalValley present Standing Wave, one of Canada鈥檚 leading contemporary chamber ensembles, at the Mary Irwin Theatre on Saturday, May 24.

Known for pushing the boundaries of classical music, blends technical skill with experimental flair. Their upcoming 琉璃神社 performance will feature a mix of original works and a fresh take on Claude Debussy鈥攑erfect for both seasoned fans and newcomers to the genre.

Standing Wave鈥檚 past collaborations include work with Kokoro Dance, Ballet BC, and filmmaker Mina Shum. Their 2021 album 20C Remix earned a Juno nomination for Classical Album of the Year.
