Launch Okanagan is hosting a two-part workshop on April 23 and 30.

Take hold of your finances with Launch Okanagan.

The financial education company is hosting a two-part workshop to help those interested in "spring clean" their finances.

On April 23, the first session is about budgeting, which will include how to manage and stick to a budget, with tips and tools on creating one that works. Everyone who takes part will be given a budgeting guide.

A week later, on April 30, the second workshop is called Managing Debt 101.

"Many Canadians struggle to talk about money, especially when it involves discussing debt. This workshop helps participants take a step back, review their debt situation, and create strategies on how to work on repaying and taking control of their debt."

Both learning sessions are from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. entirely over Zoom and will be led by Launch Okanagan executive director Jennifer Robins. Participants will also be given the chance to ask questions as well.

Anyone interested can sign up on the Launch Okanagan .
